Orlov Dol is a small, lovely community embedded in a beautiful natural setting of green hills and cut through right in the middle by the picturesqe small Sokolitza river. 

The name Orlov Dol derives from the eastern imperial eagles ("Orlov") which have their habitat in the surrounding area and the Sakar mountains, and the valley ("Dol") in which our village and river is embedded - hence our logo with an eagle and water mixed together.  

We have more to offer than nature. When you visit our village, you will notice a large and newly renovated theatre at the very center. Once the interior is finished with renovation by 2027, all of the municipality of Topolovgrad will be organizing events in this theatre.
